I have been attending Lidiya's classes for several years now and am amazed at how much I am still able to learn from her. The inspirational intention she sets at the beginning of the practice makes her classes extra special and enlightening. Her philosophical and spiritual reflections have taught me how to calmly approach personal and professional challenges and helped me become more focused, confident and grateful. Thank you for a great class yesterday! I also wanted to thank you for all your wonderful work through this difficult time, it’s been very important for me.Last year has been quite tough for me - it was lonely and stressful due to 2 lockdowns, it’s been unstable, there has been no security and no balance or any kind of harmony in everyday life. Among all other things, I was on a long sick leave and had to move 2 times to different countries in the middle of the pandemic. In all this mess your yoga classes have been keeping me a bit more grounded and present. It’s been a moment of peace and silence in all the surrounding noise which has been very beneficial for my mental health and my health in general. Thank you for all the classes and your kind notes with in depth information about certain parts of yoga practice. It’s a true blessing to be able to take online yoga classes and have this connection to you and other yogis.

Yoga with Lidiya is not only about yoga asanas, but it is a lot about spiritual alignment. I met Lidiya at the yoga classes in Ukraine long time ago before she moved and started teaching in Europe. Her classes were always interesting, inspiring and challenging enough. Exercises with your own weight are not so easy as it can seem to be. During my first classes I couldn't do any basic static yoga positions, I didn’t have enough flexibility even though I thought I was a strong and flexible person enough (as my whole life I do sport a lot). I didn’t have any idea about breathing techniques. All of these I learned thanks to Lidiya’s classes. Yoga gives a health-improving effect on my whole body. It helps me to come down and increase my concentration skills and stamina.
Lidiya always gives mental guidance during the classes, which help to align even deeper with practice and discover more happiness, freedom and joy within. She has a talent to teach yoga and she applies this carefully, considering the possibilities of every student in her class. Lidiya has a long experience of yoga practice and deep knowledge in this field. She is always happy to share them with her students. Now I have the opportunity to practice yoga with Lidiya online and I am looking forward to every her yoga class.
