Vinyasa Power Yoga

My yoga classes are rather dynamic, elaborated for different physical levels and contains both vigorous movements together with slow-mo and relaxation. During the lesson you can have choice of variety options when it will come time for difficult asana (yoga pose). Thus, everybody can feel relaxed and welcome regardless of their body and mental conditions.

Beyond any doubt my lessons are full of challenges, that can make you stronger, but simultaneously more deeply relaxed after. I teach in a playful mode, with a lot of jokes that help you to keep your mind half serious to be able also enjoying process of learning. For sure, your first lesson you’ll feel a lot of hard work. But after a while, with regular practice, consistency and commitment you’ll find more light and pleasure in every pose. 

Every lesson has its own intention and philosophical (yoga) topic. So, you can also find some interesting mental “food” both for your mind and soul. Altogether my main yoga goal is development human’s heart and make people more happy and free.
