How to overcome laziness.
Even being a very dedicated and organized in my yoga practice, some days I noticed that I want to skip it. These days I want to avoid my practice, trying to find any kind of excuse not to do it.
Can you recognize this feeling?
What can you do?
Firstly, it is absolutely human to feel like this from time to time. Change begins at the point of acceptance. Accept your laziness and absence of desire.
Secondly, remind yourself a nice feeling of that relieve and tranquillity, which you are used to sense after yoga practice. Bring your focus there instead of contemplating around hard efforts you are going to do.
Thirdly, just unroll your mat. Very simple, but very effective.
And, lastly, agree with yourself just to do at least 15 min practice. I guarantee you, you will want to do more while you will be in the process.
